Overview
The TAISITE WHLL-30BE thermostatic drying oven is a liquid crystal dual-column PID controlled laboratory equipment with the advantages of High Accuracy, Effectiveness, Safety and Wide Range. Its internal volume is 30L, Temperature range is room temperature + 10 ℃ to 300 ℃, Temperature resolution can reach 0.1 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 1.0 ℃, suitable for experimental environments requiring precise thermostatic drying.
Features

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through nickel-chromium alloy heating wire (OCr27A17Mo2), adopts natural convection method, combines vertical double air duct air sleeve and turbine centrifugal forced air supply system, so that hot air in the studio (liner is stainless steel) domestic circulation, to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The temperature is detected by the Pt100 Sensor and fed back to the LCD dual-column PID controller for precise adjustment to achieve thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons on the control panel.
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or regular operation.
4. Start the equipment and start heating.
5. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops.
6. If necessary, deviation correction or menu locking can be performed through the auxiliary menu.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
* Load per shelf 15kg.
* Do not frequently open and close the box door during operation, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
* Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to disconnect the power supply.
When a malfunction or alarm occurs, the power supply should be cut off first, and then a professional should be contacted to deal with it.
