The TAISITE WHL-45B electric thermostatic drying oven is a High Accuracy, Safe and Reliable Laboratory Equipment for a wide range of temperature control needs. Temperature ranges from + 10 ° C to 300 ° C with Temperature Fluctuation of only +/- 1.0 ° C and resolution of 0.1 ° C ensure the validity and accuracy of the experimental process.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through the built-in nickel-chromium alloy heating wire (OCr27A17Mo2), and uses natural convection to circulate hot air in the box. The temperature is monitored in real time by the Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusted by the digital tube dual-column PID controller to ensure that the studio temperature is stable near the set value, achieving thermostatic drying.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. The device starts to work and automatically stops when it reaches the set time or temperature.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V and match the corresponding current.
* When placing items, please note that Load per shelf is 15kg and adjust the Shelf spacing reasonably.
* When the equipment is running, do not switch the box door frequently to avoid affecting the Temperature uniformity.
Pay attention to the exhaust hole at the top of the device to ensure it is unobstructed.
Please confirm that the safety device (over-lift alarm) is functioning properly before use.
* When cleaning, please note that the liner is made of stainless steel and the outer box is a drug-resistant painting.
The device has a menu lock function to prevent incorrect operation.
