TAISITE WHLL-125BE type electric thermostatic drying oven is a High Accuracy, safe and reliable laboratory equipment. It adopts LCD dual-column PID Control mode, wide temperature control range (RT + 10~ 300 ℃), Temperature resolution up to 0.1 ℃, and has fixed value operation, timing operation, automatic stop and other operation functions, easy to operate.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through nickel-chromium alloy heating wires, and uses natural convection or a turbine centrifugal forced air supply system (vertical double air duct air jacket) to distribute the heat evenly in the box. The temperature is detected by the pt100 Sensor and fed back to the LCD dual-row PID controller for precise adjustment to maintain the set temperature value and achieve thermostatic drying.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the device and start working.
5. The device can be automatically stopped after operation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V and check input Power (2.5Kw) and current (11.4A).
• The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Temperature range is RT + 10~ 300 ℃, do not exceed this range.
Equipment is equipped with over-lift alarm and over-lift preventer, but it is still necessary to check the safety device regularly.
• Note that the exhaust port of the equipment (the top two φ 28mm holes) remains unobstructed.
