TAISITE GP-45BE drying/fostering dual-use box is a laboratory equipment that integrates drying, baking, wax, heat treatment and bacterial fostering functions. It uses a vertical double air duct air jacket and a turbine centrifugal forced air supply design, combined with an LCD dual-row PID temperature controller, to achieve High Accuracy, Efficient and Safe Temperature Control Operation, suitable for a wide range of Temperature ranges.

Principle
The equipment is heated by stainless steel heating pipe, adopts double air duct forced convection mode, and is forced by turbo centrifugal fan to circulate hot air in the working room to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The PID temperature controller monitors and precisely adjusts the temperature in real time, and cooperates with the pt100 temperature sensor to achieve stable temperature control. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample, and the forced heat dissipation structure ensures that the fan can continue to work at a suitable temperature.

Steps
1. Set the target temperature and time by tapping the four buttons.
2. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation, regular operation or automatic stop.
3. Start the device, the PID temperature controller starts to work, and the LCD screen displays the real-time temperature and the set temperature.
4. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops.
5. The deviation correction and menu lock can be set through the auxiliary menu.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V/5.5A 50/60Hz.
* Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
* When using the drying function, the Temperature range is 80~ 250 ℃; when the foster function is RT + 5~ 80 ℃, please do not use beyond the range.
* Note that the exhaust port (inner diameter 28mm) at the top of the device remains unobstructed.
Equipment is equipped with an overlift alarm and overlift preventer, but safety devices still need to be checked regularly.
The speed-regulating fan can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the sample. Please pay attention when using lightweight, fine, and powdery samples.
The device has power outage memory and compensation functions, but please confirm the running status when restarting after a sudden power outage.
