TAISITE GP-30BE drying/fostering dual-use box is a drying, baking, wax, heat treatment and bacterial foster equipment. It uses vertical double air duct air jacket and turbine centrifugal forced air supply design to ensure uniform temperature inside the box, and has the characteristics of High Accuracy, Efficiency, Safety and Easy Operation.

Principle
The equipment is heated by stainless steel heating pipe, adopts double air duct forced convection mode, and is forced by turbine centrifugal fan to circulate hot air in the working room to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The PID temperature Control system monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to achieve accurate temperature control. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the needs to adapt to the processing requirements of different samples.

Steps

Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V/50-60Hz.
• Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Operating temperature range of drying mode is 80-250 ℃, foster mode is room temperature + 5 ℃ to 80 ℃, please do not use beyond the range.
Equipment is equipped with an overlift alarm and overlift preventer, but safety devices still need to be checked regularly.
