Overview
DADI 101-1 electric thermostatic blower drying oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300 ° C. It is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. The product structure is precise, the temperature control is sensitive and accurate, and it is easy to operate. It can be used in industry, laboratory or scientific research units. Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature, which can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can be automatically thermostatic, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote air mechanical circulation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio and is sensitive. After the controller sets the Operating temperature, the system can be automatically thermostatic. A blower is installed in the studio to promote mechanical circulation of air, so that the temperature inside the studio is uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a stable place to ensure that the power supply voltage matches the rated Operating voltage (220V 50Hz).
2. Open the box door and place the test product on the shelf in the studio, be careful not to be too dense and overloaded.
3. Close the box door and set the required Operating temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller on the panel.
4. Turn on the power supply and start the heating and blowing functions.
5. The temperature control system will work automatically, and it will be thermostatic after reaching the set temperature.
6. Internal conditions can be observed through double-decked Glass Doors during work.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box decreases before taking out the sample.
Notice
• This box is non-explosion-proof, do not put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
• The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M ². Do not place the sample too tightly and overloaded. At the same time, the sample and Miscellaneous things cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
• When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box (220V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
• Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring in the box.
If the box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician who is familiar with electronic equipment.
