DADI 101-2 electric thermostatic blower drying oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300 ° C, suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature, which can be set arbitrarily within this range. Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio and is sensitive. The controller controls the working state of the heating element according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature, and realizes automatic thermostatic. The working room is equipped with a blower, which promotes the mechanical circulation of air and makes the temperature in the box more uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a stable place to ensure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated Operating voltage of the box (220V 50Hz).
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed on the test shelf in the studio. Be careful not to place them too close and overloaded, and the items cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate.
3. Close the box door and set the required Operating temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller on the panel.
4. Turn on the power supply and heating switch, the device starts to work, and the temperature control system will automatically thermostatic to the set value.
5. Internal conditions can be observed through double-decked tempered Glass doors during work.
6. After the work, turn off the heating switch and power supply, and take out the items after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
* This box is non-explosion-proof, and it is strictly forbidden to put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
* The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M ². Do not place the sample too tightly and overloaded. At the same time, the sample and Miscellaneous things cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
* When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box (220V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
Do not disassemble the parts at will to avoid damaging the electrical wiring in the box.
If this box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician familiar with electronic equipment.
