Overview
The DADI 101-4 electric thermostatic drying oven is a heating equipment with a maximum Operating temperature of 300 ° C, suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and Miscellaneous heating applications. The product has a precise structure, sensitive and accurate temperature control, and is easy to operate. It is suitable for industrial, laboratory or scientific research units. Operating temperature can be set arbitrarily from room temperature to the highest Temperature range, and it is automatically thermostatic. A blower is installed in the studio to facilitate mechanical air circulation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio to sense the temperature, and the controller controls the Heating power according to the difference between the set value and the actual value. A blower is installed in the studio to continuously agitate the air in the box to form a mechanical circulation to promote hot air convection and ensure uniform temperature inside the studio.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to a power supply that meets the rated requirements (380V 50Hz).
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required Operating temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
3. Place the items to be treated evenly on the test shelf, taking care not to be too dense or overloaded (average load 45KG/M2).
4. Close the box door, the equipment starts heating and automatic thermostatic, and the internal situation can be observed through the double-decked Glass door.
5. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before taking out the items.
Notice
• This box is non-explosion-proof, and it is strictly forbidden to put items with flammable and volatile properties to avoid explosion.
• The average load of the test shelf is 45KG/M2. Do not place the test product too close and overloaded. The test product and Miscellaneous items cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
• The supply voltage must be consistent with the rated Operating voltage of the box (380V 50Hz), otherwise the electronic instruments in the box may be damaged.
• Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring in the box.
In case of malfunction, it should be repaired by an electrician familiar with electronic equipment.
