DADI DHG-9146 electric thermostatic blower drying oven has a maximum Operating temperature of 300 ° C, suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature, which can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can be automatically thermostatic, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote mechanical air circulation.

Principle
The drying oven automatically adjusts the temperature through the smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio and is sensitive. The controller controls the working state of the electric heater according to the set temperature and the real-time temperature fed back by the Sensor to achieve automatic thermostatic. The working room is equipped with a blower, which promotes the mechanical circulation of air and makes the temperature in the working room more uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a stable and well ventilated position.
2. Ensure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated Operating voltage of the box (220V 50Hz).
3. Open the box door and place the items to be processed on the test shelf, taking care not to be too dense and overloaded (the average load is 45KG/M2).
4. Close the box door and set the required Operating temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
5, turn on the power supply, start the blower and heating function.
6, the drying oven will automatically heat up to the set temperature and keep the thermostatic.
7. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before removing the items.
Notice
● This box is non-explosion-proof, and it is strictly forbidden to put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
● The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M2. Do not place the sample too tightly and overload. Miscellaneous things and samples cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
● When using this box, the power supply voltage must be consistent with the rated Operating voltage of this box (220V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily to avoid damaging the electrical wiring in the box.
If the box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician familiar with electronic instruments.
