Overview
DADI DHG-9246 Electric thermostatic blower drying oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300 ° C, suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. The product structure is precise, the temperature control is sensitive and accurate, and it is easy to operate. It can be used in industry, laboratories or scientific research units. Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature, which can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can be automatically thermostatic, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote air mechanical circulation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio, senses sensitively, and feeds the temperature signal back to the controller. The controller controls the on-off of the heating element according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to realize thermostatic control. The working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote the mechanical circulation of air and make the temperature in the working room more uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Confirm that the power supply voltage (220V 50Hz) matches the rated Operating voltage of the box.
3. Open the box door and place the test product on the test shelf. Note that the average load does not exceed 45KG/M ². Do not be too dense and overloaded. The test product cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate.
Step 4 Close the door.
5. Set the required Operating temperature through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller on the panel.
6. Turn on the power supply and heating switch, and the device starts to heat up.
7. After the equipment reaches the set temperature, the temperature control system will be automatically thermostatic.
8. After the work is completed, turn off the heating switch and power supply, and take out the test product after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
• This box is non-explosion-proof, and it is strictly forbidden to put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
• The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M ². Do not place the sample too tightly and overloaded. At the same time, the sample and Miscellaneous things cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
• When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box (220V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
• Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring in the box.
If the box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician who is familiar with electronic equipment.
