DADI DHG-9426 electric thermostatic blower drying oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300 ° C, which is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature, which can be set arbitrarily within this range. Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. A temperature sensor extends into the studio to sense temperature changes, and the temperature control system automatically adjusts the Heating power according to the set value to maintain thermostatic. A blower is installed in the studio to facilitate the mechanical circulation of hot air, making the temperature inside the studio more uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Confirm that the power supply voltage (380V 50Hz) matches the rated Operating voltage of the box and turn on the power supply.
3. Operating temperature is set by microcomputer intelligent temperature controller.
4. Turn on the heating and blast switch, the device starts to work and is automatically thermostatic.
5. After the work, turn off the heating and blast switch and cut off the power supply.
Notice
• This box is non-explosion-proof, do not put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
• The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M2. Do not place the sample too tightly and overloaded. At the same time, the sample and Miscellaneous things cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
• When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box (380V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
• Do not dismantle or unload the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring in the box.
If the box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician who is familiar with electronic equipment.
