Overview
DADI 202-0 electric thermostatic drying oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300 ° C, which is suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. The product structure is precise, the temperature control is sensitive and accurate, and the operation is simple. It can be used in industry, laboratories or scientific research units. The drying oven Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature. Operating temperature can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can be automatically thermostatic, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote air mechanical circulation.
Features
1. Operating temperature up to 300 ℃, Temperature range.
2. The smart temperature controller is used to automatically adjust the temperature, and the temperature control is sensitive and accurate.
3. The working room is equipped with a blower to promote mechanical air circulation and uniform temperature.
4. The box door is a double-decked tempered Glass door, which can be observed in the studio without opening the door.
5. Controllers, electric heaters, and other electrical equipment are all operated on the panel, making it easy to operate.
Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio to sense the temperature, and the temperature control system automatically controls the heating according to the set value to achieve thermostatic. A blower is installed in the studio, which can promote mechanical circulation of air and make the temperature inside the studio more uniform.
Applications
Industrial, laboratory, and scientific research units
Standards
JB/T5520-91、JB/Z339-89
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
2. Connect the power supply to ensure that the power supply voltage matches the rated Operating voltage of the drying oven (220V 50Hz).
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required Operating temperature through the intelligent temperature controller on the panel.
4. Place the items to be processed on the studio shelf in the studio, be careful not to be too dense and overloaded.
5. Close the box door and start the heating and blast functions.
6. The drying oven will automatically heat up to the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
7. Internal conditions can be observed through double-decked tempered Glass doors during work.
8. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before removing the items.
Notice
* This box is non-explosion-proof, and it is strictly forbidden to put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
* The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M2, and the sample should not be placed too tightly and overloaded.
Do not place samples and Miscellaneous objects on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
* When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box (220V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
Do not dismantle or unload the machine parts at will to avoid damage to the electrical wiring in the box.
If this box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician familiar with electronic equipment.
