Principle
The drying oven is heated by an internal electric heater, and the temperature sensor extends into the studio to sense the temperature and transmit the signal to the smart temperature controller. The temperature controller automatically adjusts the output power of the thyristor according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature, so as to control the working state of the heating device and realize automatic thermostatic control of the temperature. At the same time, the blower in the working room works to promote the mechanical circulation of the air, making the temperature in the box more uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a stable place to ensure that the power supply voltage (220V 50Hz) matches the rated Operating voltage of the box.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed on the shelf of the studio. Be careful not to be too dense and overloaded. Items cannot be placed on the heat dissipation board.
3. Close the box door and set the required Operating temperature (RT + 50~ 300 ℃) through the intelligent temperature controller on the panel.
4. Turn on the power supply, start the device, and the temperature control system will automatically heat up and thermostatic at the set value.
5. Internal conditions can be observed through double-decked tempered Glass doors during work.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before opening the door for pickup.
Notice
• This box is non-explosion-proof, and it is strictly forbidden to put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
• The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M2. Do not place the sample too tightly and overloaded. At the same time, the sample and Miscellaneous things cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
• When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box (220V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
• Do not disassemble the parts arbitrarily, so as not to damage the electrical wiring in the box.
If the box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician who is familiar with electronic equipment.
