DADI DHG-9247 electric thermostatic drying oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300 ° C, suitable for baking, drying, heat treatment and other heating. The product has a precise structure, sensitive and accurate temperature control, and is easy to operate. It can be used in industry, laboratories or scientific research units. Operating temperature can be raised from room temperature to the highest temperature, which can be set arbitrarily within this range. After setting, the temperature control system can be automatically thermostatic, and the working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote mechanical air circulation.

Principle
The drying oven is heated by an electric heater, and the temperature is automatically adjusted by a smart temperature controller. The temperature sensor extends into the studio, senses sensitively, and feeds the temperature signal to the controller. The controller controls the working state of the electric heater according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature, so as to achieve automatic thermostatic. The working room is equipped with a blower, which can promote the mechanical circulation of air and make the temperature in the working room more uniform.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a stable and well ventilated position.
2. Confirm that the supply voltage is consistent with the rated Operating voltage of the box (220V 50Hz).
3. Open the box door and place the items to be processed in the studio. Note that the average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M ², do not be too dense and overloaded, and the sample cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate.
Step 4 Close the door.
5. Set the required Operating temperature (RT + 50~ 300 ℃) and timing time (0-9999 minutes) through the microcomputer intelligent temperature controller on the panel.
6. Start the equipment and start heating.
7. Internal conditions can be observed through double-decked tempered Glass doors during work.
8. After the work is completed, take out the items after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
* This box is non-explosion-proof, and it is strictly forbidden to put flammable volatile items into the drying oven to avoid explosion.
* The average load of the sample shelf is 45KG/M ². Do not place the sample too tightly and overloaded. At the same time, the sample and Miscellaneous things cannot be placed on the heat dissipation plate to avoid affecting the convection of hot air.
* When using this box, the power supply voltage must match the rated Operating voltage of this box (220V 50Hz), otherwise it may cause damage to the electronic instruments in the box.
Do not disassemble the parts at will to avoid damaging the electrical wiring in the box.
If this box malfunctions, it should be repaired by an electrician familiar with electronic equipment.
