Overview
TAISITE GX30B hot air sterilization box is a vertical dual air duct forced convection sterilization equipment suitable for laboratory, medical and other fields. It uses turbine centrifugal forced air supply technology to ensure temperature uniformity in the furnace, and is equipped with a speed regulating fan to adapt to the processing needs of light, small or powdery samples.

Principle
The equipment generates hot air through stainless steel heating pipes, using vertical double air duct structure and turbine centrifugal fan forced convection, so that hot air in the studio (liner stainless steel) domestic circulation, to achieve uniform and fast heating and disinfection. PID Temperature Control system precisely regulates the heating process to ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan forced convection heating, start the disinfection process.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop.

* Do not exceed the maximum shelf load (single shelf 15kg) when using.
* Note that the exhaust port of the equipment (top φ 28mm) remains unobstructed.
Do not open the heat insulation safety door at will during operation to prevent burns or affect the disinfection effect.
* Regularly check the fan cooling intake structure to ensure that the normal Operating temperature of the fan is lower than 50 ° C.
