Principle
The hot air sterilization box generates heat through a stainless steel heating tube and adopts a double air duct forced convection method, and the turbo centrifugal fan evenly sends the hot air into the studio. The temperature is precisely adjusted through the PID temperature Control system to achieve a fast and uniform heating and sterilization process. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample to ensure the effective processing of different samples.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V 50/60Hz).
2. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the device, and the device will automatically run until the set conditions stop.
5. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC220V and meets equipment requirements.
* When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating part, although there is a thermal insulation safety door design, but still need to pay attention to safety.
* Load per shelf no more than 15kg when placing samples.
Please confirm that the temperature setting is correct before use to avoid over-rise alarm triggering.
Regularly check the operating status of the equipment to ensure that the fan dissipates heat normally.
When cleaning and maintaining, please disconnect the power supply first.
