Principle
The hot air sterilization box generates heat through stainless steel heating pipes, and uses a vertical double air duct air sleeve structure, which is forced by a turbine centrifugal fan to form a uniform hot air circulation. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample to ensure that the heat is evenly distributed throughout the studio. The temperature is precisely adjusted by the PID Control system and monitored in real time by the pt100 Sensor to achieve a stable and reliable disinfection and drying process.

Steps
1. Turn on the AC 220V power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating system runs at the set temperature.
5. After the operation, the equipment automatically stops, and the items are taken out after the temperature decreases.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC 220V requirements before use.
• Load per shelf 15kg to avoid damaging the shelf.
• Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity.
• Regularly clean liners and shelves to maintain equipment hygiene.
