Principle
The hot air sterilization box adopts a dual air duct forced convection method. When working, the nickel-chromium alloy heating wire generates heat, and the hot air is forced to be in the furnace for domestic circulation through the turbo centrifugal fan to form a uniform temperature field. The equipment precisely adjusts the Heating power through the PID temperature Control system to maintain the set temperature. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed as needed to adapt to the sterilizing needs of different samples, and at the same time the forced heat dissipation structure ensures that the fan operates stably for a long time at a suitable temperature.
Applications
It is suitable for laboratory, medical, scientific research, pharmaceutical, food and other industries that need dry heat sterilization.
Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and timing time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or regular operation.
4. Start the equipment and start the heating sterilizing process.
5. After the operation is completed, the device automatically stops.
Notice
* Cold rolled steel plate painting, liner is stainless steel, do not use corrosion chemicals to clean.
* Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
Equipment is equipped with an over-lift alarm safety device, do not turn it off at will during operation.
Please ensure that the top exhaust port (φ 28mm * 2) is unobstructed when working.
* Non-BE models do not have power outage memory and compensation functions, and need to be reset after a power outage.
* Program mode, RS485 interface, printer and other functions are optional and can be configured and used on demand.
