Overview
TAISITE GX45BE Hot Air Sterilizer is a vertical dual air duct forced convection type disinfection equipment with an inner volume of 45L. It adopts LCD dual-column PID control and has functions such as fixed-value operation, regular operation and automatic stop, which is designed to provide rapid, safe and reliable sterilizing effect.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through stainless steel heating pipes and utilizes a vertical double air duct air jacket and a turbine centrifugal forced air supply system to make hot air in the studio (liner) forced convection circulation. The speed regulating fan can adjust the wind speed as needed to ensure uniform temperature distribution, so as to achieve effective hot air sterilization. The PID temperature Control system precisely regulates the temperature to ensure a stable and reliable process.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and time (0 to 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the fixed-value operation or the timing operation mode.
4. Start the device, and the device will run automatically according to the set parameters.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50/60Hz.
When the equipment is running, do not open the insulated safety door at will.
* Load per shelf no more than 15kg when placing samples.
* Be careful to keep the exhaust port at the top of the device unobstructed.
Please confirm that safety devices such as overlift preventer are functioning properly before use.
* When cleaning, please use a suitable detergent to avoid damaging the surface of the drug-resistant painting.
