Overview
TAISITE GX125BE Hot Air Sterilizer is a vertical double air duct forced convection sterilizer, which adopts turbine centrifugal forced air supply technology to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace. The device has fixed value operation, regular operation and automatic stop function, which is easy to operate. It is equipped with LCD multi-data control panel, supports deviation correction, menu locking, power failure memory and compensation and other auxiliary features to realize fast, safe and reliable sterilization.

Principle
The hot air sterilization box generates heat through a stainless steel heating pipe, and uses a vertical double air duct structure, forced convection by a turbo centrifugal fan to make the hot air in the studio (liner) domestic circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The equipment uses liquid crystal dual-column PID for precise temperature control, real-time monitoring of temperature through pt100 Sensor, and can be set or run regularly according to the setting to achieve sterilizing effect.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Set the desired temperature and time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the fixed-value operation or the timing operation mode.
4. Start the equipment, fan speed control operation, start heating sterilized.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V and meets Device power requirements.
• Load per shelf no more than 15kg when placing samples.
• Please confirm that the safety device (such as overlift preventer, multi-function safety lock) is functioning properly before use.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the top exhaust port (φ 28mm).
• Although equipped with thermal insulation safety doors, it is still recommended to avoid close proximity to the equipment for a long time when working.
• When performing deviation correction or menu locking, please refer to the instructions.
• If you choose program mode, external communication and other functions, you need to use them according to the corresponding configuration instructions.
