Overview
TAISITE DZ-1A Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation substances, and can be filled with inert gas. The equipment adopts PID temperature control instrument for precise temperature control.

Principle
The Vacuum oven reduces the air pressure in the box by reducing the pressure (vacuum), thereby reducing the boiling point of the substance and making it dry quickly at a lower temperature. The equipment adopts stainless steel heating pipes with four walls and PID intelligent temperature Control system to ensure uniform and stable temperature in the box. It is suitable for drying of temperature-sensitive substances.

Heat sensitive substance drying, easy analysis substance drying, easy oxidation substance drying, substance drying requiring inert gas protection treatment
Steps
1. Put the material to be dried on the shelf in the box.
2. Close the box door and ensure that the sealing strip is well sealed.
3. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the touch button of the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start the vacuum and heating process.
5. After drying is completed, the equipment can automatically stop running according to the setting.
6. After the box returns to normal pressure and chills down, remove the sample.
Notice
* Make sure the device is well grounded and use the specified Power supply voltage (AC220V).
* Check whether the sealing strip of the box door is in good condition before operation to ensure Vacuum Level.
* When placing the sample, the maximum load of the single shelf should not exceed 15kg, and pay attention to uniform distribution.
* During the operation of the equipment, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
* When drying flammable, explosive or toxic substances, appropriate safety measures should be taken.
Equipment is equipped with safety devices such as over-rise alarm. In case of abnormal alarm, please check and deal with it in time.
Regularly clean the inside of the box and the observation window to keep the equipment in good condition.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
