TAISITE DZ-2BCIV Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances, and can be filled with inert gas. This model uses stainless steel liner, volume is 52L, with decompression, four-wall heating function, use Temperature range is RT + 10~ 250 ℃, use Vacuum Level range < 133Pa.

Principle
The Vacuum oven reduces the air pressure in the box through a decompression (vacuum) environment, thereby reducing the boiling point of the substance, so that it can be quickly dried at a lower temperature. At the same time, the stainless steel heating pipe is used for four-wall heating, and the PID intelligent temperature control system ensures that the temperature in the box is uniform and stable. It is suitable for drying of heat-sensitive or easy oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the box.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
3. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the touch button of the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, start vacuuming and heating drying.
5. After drying is completed, the equipment can automatically stop running according to the setting.
6. After the box returns to normal pressure and chills down, take out the items.

Please ensure that the power supply of the device is AC220V/6.3A 50/60Hz.
* Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
* Please check the sealing of the door seal and observation window before use.
Please pay attention to the status of safety devices such as over-rise alarm when operating.
During the operation of the equipment, do not open the door frequently.
Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
Accessories such as vacuum pumps and recorders are optional to meet specific needs.
