TAISITE DZ-3AIV Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances, can be filled with inert gas. It uses PID temperature control instrument, precise temperature control, and has a variety of auxiliary features to meet the laboratory's needs for a stable and reliable drying environment.

Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump to reduce the air pressure, thereby reducing the boiling point of the water and rapidly drying the material at a lower temperature. At the same time, the stainless steel heating pipes on the four walls of the box provide a uniform heat source, and the PID temperature control system precisely maintains the set temperature, which is suitable for drying substances that are heat sensitive or prone to oxidation.
Applications
It is suitable for drying treatment of heat-sensitive substances, easy analysis substances, easy oxidation substances, laboratory sample drying, material pretreatment, electronic component dehumidification, chemical and pharmaceutical industry drying, etc.
Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the box.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
Connect the vacuum pump to the suction port and start the vacuum pump to the required Vacuum Level (< 133Pa).
4. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 250 ° C) and timing time (0~ 9999min) by touching the button on the control panel.
5. Start the heating and the equipment starts to run.
6. After drying is completed, turn off the heating first, then slowly release the vacuum, and finally open the box door to take out the items.
Notice
* The drying oven must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
* The connection between the vacuum pump and the suction port of the drying oven should be well sealed.
* Loads per shelf should not exceed 15kg.
* Do not open the door frequently during drying to avoid affecting Vacuum Level and Temperature Stability.
* Vacuum release should be done slowly to prevent airflow from Impacting the sample.
* Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
* If not used for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the box should be kept clean and drying.
