Principle
Through decompression and four-wall Heating mode, the boiling point of substances is reduced in a vacuum environment to achieve rapid drying; filling with inert gas can prevent oxidation of substances analysis, PID temperature control system to ensure accurate and stable temperature.

Steps
1. Set the temperature: Use the touch of four buttons to set the target temperature.
2. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation, regular operation or automatic stop.
3. Start the device: After confirming the sealing, turn on the vacuum and heating functions.
4. Monitoring Process: Temperature and Vacuum Levels are monitored through observation windows and digital displays.
5. End the operation: automatically stop after reaching the set time or temperature, and release the vacuum to remove the sample.
Notice
• Make sure the door lock and sealing strip are in good condition before use to avoid vacuum leakage.
• The set temperature must not exceed 250 ° C to prevent the overrise alarm from being triggered.
• Regularly check the heating tube and Shelf to ensure no damage.
• Pay attention to the pointer of the vacuum meter when operating, and keep the Vacuum Level < 133Pa.
• Avoid use in humid or flammable environments and ensure that the Power supply voltage AC380V is stable.
