Overview
TAISITE DZ53T Vacuum oven adopts independent Shelf heating technology, equipped with 5.0 inch LCD Touchscreen to achieve multi-stage PID full temperature program temperature control, accurate and reliable temperature control, uniform and stable heating. The equipment can work in vacuum or inert gas environment, effectively prevent material oxidation, suitable for drying, heating and storage of samples.

Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump to form a vacuum environment below 133Pa, or fills it with inert gas to replace the air. In this environment, the material is heated by an independent Shelf heater. The boiling point of moisture is reduced at low pressure, so that it can be quickly evaporated and discharged at lower temperatures, achieving efficient drying, while avoiding oxidation of the material due to high temperature or oxygen contact.

Steps
1. Place the sample: Place the sample on a detachable stand-alone Shelf.
2. Close the box door: adjust the tightness of the box door to ensure sealing.
3. Set parameters: Select a fixed value or program operation mode on the 5.0-inch LCD Touchscreen, and set parameters such as temperature, time, and program segment.
4. Start the vacuum: Connect the vacuum pump and pump the Vacuum Level in the box to < 133Pa, or fill it with inert gas as needed.
5. Start running: Start the heating program, and the equipment will heat up and thermostatic according to the settings.
6. Process monitoring: Check the internal situation through the observation window, and the screen can display real-time Linear dispersion.
7. End the extraction: After the program runs, release the vacuum first, and then open the box door to remove the sample.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
* Ensure that the door sealing ring is intact and the door is closed tightly to maintain a high Vacuum Level.
* When placing the sample, the total weight should not exceed the maximum load of a single Shelf (15kg) and the total load of the equipment.
Before vacuuming or filling with inert gas, make sure that each gas connection is firmly connected.
* During operation, do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature and Vacuum Level Stability in the box.
* Program settings, pay attention to the temperature limit (250 ℃) and Timer Range (the maximum running time is 10,000 hours, and the maximum running time is 99 hours per step).
Equipment is equipped with independent temperature limiter and other safety devices. If there is an abnormal alarm, please identify the cause before operating.
* When cleaning the equipment, please disconnect the power supply, wipe with a soft cloth, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
