Overview
TAISITE DZ91T Vacuum oven is a drying equipment using independent Shelf heating. It is equipped with 5.0 inch LCD Touchscreen, supports multi-stage PID full temperature program temperature control, accurate and reliable temperature control, uniform and stable heating, can store materials in vacuum or inert gas environment, heating and drying.

Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts air from the working room through a vacuum pump to create a low-oxygen or vacuum environment, and at the same time heats the material through an independent Shelf heater. Under the program control, the temperature and time are precisely controlled, so that the moisture or solvent in the material is quickly evaporated at low temperature and extracted, so as to achieve efficient drying, and can be filled with inert gas in the process to prevent oxidation.

Steps
1. Placement of materials: Place the materials to be processed on a detachable independent Shelf.
2. Close the door: close the door and adjust the tightness to ensure sealing.
3. Setting parameters: Select the running mode (fixed value or program) on the 5.0-inch LCD Touchscreen, and set the corresponding temperature, time, heating rate and other parameters.
4. Start the vacuum: Connect the vacuum pump and start the vacuum procedure to achieve the required Vacuum Level (< 133Pa).
5. Start running: Start the heating and control program, and the equipment will run automatically according to the set program.
6. Process observation: Monitor internal conditions through bulletproof tempered Glass observation windows.
7. End the pickup: After the program runs, break the vacuum first, and then open the box door to take out the material.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and powered according to the Rated voltage (220V 50Hz).
• When placing materials, the maximum load of the single-layer shelf should not exceed 15kg, and the airflow channel in the working room should not be blocked.
• Before vacuuming, make sure the door is closed and the sealing ring is intact to ensure Vacuum Level.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature and Vacuum Level in the box.
• When filling with inert gas, confirm that the pipeline is connected correctly and control the appropriate Gas flow rate and pressure.
• Program settings, pay attention to the temperature setting range (RT + 10~ 250 ℃) to avoid overrun.
• Equipment is equipped with safety devices such as independent thermostats, please do not disassemble or Shielding at will.
• When cleaning the equipment, please cut off the power first and wipe it with a soft cloth to avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• If not used for a long time, please clean the inside of the equipment and keep it drying.
