Overview
TAISITE WPL-30BE Electric heated incubators of constant temperature is a vertical dual air duct forced convection thermostatic device with a content volume of 30L. It uses LCD dual-column PID control, which has the characteristics of High Accuracy, Efficiency, Safety and Wide Range. The temperature control range is room temperature + 5 ° C to 80 ° C, Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 0.5 ° C, and Uniformity is +/- 1.0 ° C. The product supports fixed-value operation, timing operation and automatic stop function, and has a variety of convenient operation and Safety protection functions.

Principle
The incubator adopts dual air duct forced convection thermostatic mode. It is heated by stainless steel heating pipe and forced air supply by turbocentrifugal fan to form a vertical double air duct circulation to ensure uniform temperature in the box. The temperature is detected by the Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusted and controlled by the LCD dual-column PID controller to achieve the set temperature environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC 220V/0.7A 50/60Hz).
2. Set the desired temperature (resolution 0.1 ° C) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation, regular operation (0~ 9999 minutes, with timing waiting function) or automatic stop.
4. Start the device and observe the LCD screen (the upper display measures the temperature, and the lower display sets the temperature).
5. After the operation is completed, the device will automatically stop or manually shut down according to the setting.
Notice
* Power supply voltage meets requirements (AC 220V).
* The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
Please confirm that the safety device (e.g. overlift preventer) is functioning properly before use.
* When the equipment is running, do not switch the safety door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature Stability.
* Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the equipment.
* When cleaning the liner, use a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
The equipment is equipped with an exhaust port (top, inner diameter 28mm), please ensure that it is unobstructed.
* If you need to use additional functions such as program control and external communication, you need to choose the corresponding module.
