Overview
The IMT-227 microcomputer Ink absorbency tester is a professional instrument used to determine the absorption performance of standard inks on paper or Cardboard over a specified time and area. The instrument can evaluate the penetration of inks to paper and the conjunctiva by measuring the acceptability of inks and the absorption capacity of vehicles in inks, which affects the drying and surface performance of inks.
Features
1. Microcomputer automatic control, easy to operate
2.4.3 inch Color Touchscreen Human Machine Interface
3. HK Microcomputer Intelligent Control system
4. Automatic adjustment of pattern thickness, range 0.1~ 1.0mm
5. Precise ink wiping speed control (15.5 +/- 1.0cm/min)
6. Standardized ink-coated platen design (opening area 20 +/- 0.4cm ², thickness 0.1 +/- 0.02mm)
7. Accurate ink absorption time control (120 +/- 5s)
Principle
The instrument applies standard inks to the surface of the pattern by inking the platen, allowing the paper to absorb inks within a specified time, and then erases the surface excess inks at a constant rate. The acceptance of inks and the absorption capacity of the vehicle are evaluated by measuring the ink absorption performance of the paper within a specified area and time.
Applications
Paper Ink Absorption Test, Cardboard Ink Absorption Test, printing material performance evaluation
Standards
GB/T456、GB/T10379
Steps
1. Prepare the pattern and place it in the test position
2. Set test parameters through Touchscreen
3. Start the automated test program
4. Inking platen automatically applies standard inks
5. The instrument automatically timed and completed the ink absorption process
6. Automatically erase surface excess inks
7. Read and record test results
Notice
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 20 +/- 10 ° C
• Environmental humidity should be less than 85%
• Make sure the power supply is 220V/50Hz before use
• The thickness of the pattern should be within the range of 0.1 to 1.0mm.
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure Test accuracy
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid the risk of electric shock
