Overview
IMT-301A gravure plate inks Spot Color Proofer (pneumatic) is a device designed to imitate the printing press Working Principle, with adjustable pressure and a wide range of substrates. The Proofer accurately predicts inks Hue through standard proofing, and determines the inks ratio by comparing with the master standard, so that the color scheme work can be converted to pre-press work. It is suitable for Encasement printing, papermaking, inks production and scientific research institutions.

Principle
The Proofer imitates the printing press Working Principle, implements embossing by pneumatic pressure, and uses circular embossing to make the pattern fit better with the roller. The inks are transferred to the substrate through the drawdown blade Ink Delivery System to form a standard color sample for ink color scheme comparison.

Notice
• Inks viscosity: Generally, the viscosity of 3 #cup is 15-20 seconds. Low viscosity may cause tears. Low viscosity can adjust the speed to match.
• Drawdown blade adjustment: The line pattern in the printing color sample is that the drawdown blade is not locked, and the line in the blank is caused by the collapse of the drawdown blade. It may be necessary to adjust or replace the drawdown blade.
• Pressure control: When the printing color sample appears pinholing, the adjustment pressure increases, and when the color sample appears creases or tears, the pressure is appropriately adjusted
• Environmental requirements: Prevent film electrostatic adsorption dust from affecting the printing effect, and pay attention to the working environment
