IMT-MC01 Microcomputer Coefficient of Friction Tester is an IMT brand product, developed for Static COF and Kinetic COF when sliding of Plastic film and sheet, rubber, paper, Cardboard, woven bag, fabric style, metal composite belt for communication cable and optical cable, conveyor belt, wood, coating, brake pads, wipers and other materials. Based on GB/T10006 manufacturing, in line with a number of standards, it is a satisfactory test equipment for quality control departments and production enterprises at all levels, which can provide accurate test results.

Principle
The instrument calculates Static COF and Kinetic COF by measuring the friction force when the material slides. Based on the standard method, the slider is used to move on the surface of the specimen, and the force value change is detected by the Sensor to achieve accurate determination.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the size meets the requirements
2. Install the sample on the work surface
3. Set Slider Travel and traverse speed
4. Start the instrument for testing
5. Read data and analyze Linear dispersion through LCD screen or computer software
