Overview
IMT-CJ01 Interlayer bond strength tester is a professional instrument used to detect the Internal Bond Strength or Internal Bond Strength of sheet materials such as paper, Cardboard, paper composite and film composite. The instrument supports a variety of standard tests, with High Accuracy measurement and automated operation.

Principle
The instrument automatically releases and measures Internal Bond Strength by applying a specific pressure (e.g. 690 +/- 21kPa or 1034 +/- 34kPa) and an Impact angle of 90 °, using double-sided adhesive force (> 486N/m). The oil circuit system ensures pressure stability, and the secondary gravity structure guarantees Measurement accuracy. Results are displayed in J/m ² or lbf/in ² units.

Steps
Prepare a 25.4 * 25.4mm sample to ensure that the parallelism is less than 0.1mm
2. Adjust the sample holding force to the required range (0~ 600N)
3. Select the common sample pressure (690 +/- 21kPa or 1034 +/- 34kPa)
4. Use double-sided tape to secure the specimen
5. Start the fully automatic release function for testing
6. Read real-time data through the LCD screen
7. Optional connection to computer software or print output results
Notice
• The thickness of the sample shall not exceed 1.5mm.
• Ensure that the parallelism of the sample is less than 0.1mm to ensure test accuracy
• Regularly check the oil circuit system for refueling and venting through a separate window
Self-calibrate before use to maintain instrument accuracy
• Avoid operating in conditions beyond the Measurement range (A file)
• Double-sided adhesive force should be kept greater than 486N/m
• Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent pinch injuries
