Principle
The muffle furnace is heated on three sides by a nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy heating element, and the heat is effectively kept warm by a vacuum-formed polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace. The temperature control is coordinated by a microcomputer PID controller and a K-type Thermocouple Sensor to achieve accurate temperature setting and maintenance.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V/27.3A 50/60Hz).
