Principle
The muffle furnace precisely adjusts the Power supplied to the special alloy heating wire in the furnace through a microcomputer PID Control system. The heating wire adopts a three-sided Heating mode, which converts electrical energy into heat energy, so that the temperature in the vacuum forming polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace rises uniformly and stabilizes at the set value. K-type Thermocouple monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time and feeds it back to the temperature controller to form a closed-loop control, thereby achieving High Accuracy Temperature Control.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature, program or timing parameters by tapping the button or Touchscreen of the thermostat.
3. Start heating, the furnace body starts to heat up.
4. During operation, the monitoring status can be displayed through the observation window or instrument.
5. After the program runs or reaches the scheduled time, the equipment stops heating.
6. After the furnace temperature is naturally chilled down to a safe range, the furnace door can be opened to remove the sample.
