Principle
The muffle furnace adopts microcomputer PID control technology, monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time through K-type Thermocouple Sensor, and feeds the signal back to the temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Power output of the nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy heating element according to the setting program or fixed value, and realizes three-sided heating to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace and accurate control.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the temperature program or setting parameters through the 7-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Start the equipment to start heating operation.

5. After the experiment, the USB flash drive data can be exported.
6. After the furnace body is chilled down, open the parallel side open furnace door to take lofting samples.

Equipment needs to use AC380V power supply and ensure good grounding.
• Automatically power off when opening the door. After re-closing the door, it needs to be delayed to restore power. Please pay attention to operation safety.
• There may still be residual temperature on the surface of the furnace body, please pay attention to avoid burns during operation.
• Do not make unnecessary parameter modifications or touch the heating parts when the equipment is running.
• Regularly check whether safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches are normal.
