Principle
The muffle furnace uses microcomputer PID control technology to monitor the temperature in the furnace in real time through K-type Thermocouple and feed back the signal to the controller. The controller precisely adjusts the Power supplied to the nickel-chromium-aluminum alloy heating element according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve fast and stable heating and thermostatic. The heating element adopts a three-sided arrangement, combined with the excellent thermal insulation performance of the vacuum-formed polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace, to ensure uniform temperature inside the furnace.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
