Principle
The muffle furnace adopts microcomputer PID control technology, monitors the internal temperature of the furnace in real time through S-type Thermocouple Sensor, and feeds back the signal to the temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Power output of the silicon carbide heating element according to the deviation of the set value and the actual value, so as to realize fast and stable temperature control.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V/18.2A 50/60Hz).
2. Use the touch of five buttons to set the required temperature and timing time (0 to 999.9 hours).
3. Start the device and enter the fixed-value operation mode.
4. The equipment heats up and enters the thermostatic state after reaching the set temperature.
5. After the work is completed, the equipment is cooled down or manually turned off according to the set procedure.
6. When the door is opened, the equipment is automatically powered off to ensure safety.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
Do not touch the furnace body and door during operation.
Before opening the door, make sure that the temperature in the furnace has dropped to a safe range, or use the power-off function.
Do not overheat (1300 ° C) or use overtime.
Regularly check whether the power cord and safety devices (such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches) are normal.
* When cleaning the furnace, it needs to be completely chilled down.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure and parameter settings of the equipment.
