Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through a silicon carbide heating element, and the heat is evenly distributed in the furnace composed of polycrystalline mullite fibers. The temperature in the furnace is detected in real time by an S-type Thermocouple, and the signal is transmitted to a microcomputer PID temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve accurate control and stability of the temperature in the furnace.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and timing time (0 to 999.9 hours) by tapping the five buttons.
3. Start the device and enter the fixed-value operation mode.
4. The equipment is heated and thermostatic according to the set program.
5. After the work is completed, the equipment stops heating, and the furnace door can be opened to take out the sample after the furnace temperature drops.
