TAISITE MFLC-36/13P ceramic muffle furnace is a programmed high temperature heating equipment, the maximum temperature can reach 1300 ℃, Temperature range is 300~ 1300 ℃. The product adopts integrated design, light and compact structure, furnace volume is 36L, furnace size is 400 * 300 * 300mm. Its core adopts imported programmed temperature control digital display instrument, combined with microcomputer PID control and S-type Thermocouple, to achieve High Accuracy temperature control.

Principle
The ceramic muffle furnace uses silicon carbide rod as the heating element, and precisely adjusts the Heating power through a microcomputer PID controller. The controller receives the actual temperature signal in the furnace detected by the S-type Thermocouple, compares and calculates with the target temperature set by the user, and outputs the control signal, so as to realize the precise and stable control of the furnace temperature. The programmed (P-type) instrument supports multi-stage programmed heating, and can run 4 Linear dispersion for a total of 40 steps.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC380V).
2. Set the target temperature or program Linear dispersion by tapping the five buttons.
3. Set the timing time as required (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start the operation, you can choose the fixed-value operation or the program operation mode.
5. During operation, the real-time temperature and status can be observed through the dual-row LED digital display.
6. After the experiment, wait until the furnace temperature drops to a safe range before opening the furnace door to remove the sample.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is AC380V, please ensure that the power supply matches and is reliably grounded.
• The temperature of the furnace body is extremely high during operation and just after operation, and it is strictly forbidden to touch it. Pay attention to heat radiation when opening the furnace door.
• When opening the door, the device will automatically power off. There is a delay in repowering after closing the furnace door. Please do not open and close the door frequently.
• Do not heat flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive gases in the furnace.
• Please ensure that the exhaust hole is unobstructed when using.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, drying, non-corrosion gas environment.
• Regularly check the effectiveness of safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches.
• Before moving or maintaining equipment, be sure to cut off the power and wait for the furnace body to completely chill down.
