TAISITE MFLC-27/13P ceramic muffle furnace is a laboratory high temperature equipment with integrated lightweight and compact design. Its maximum Operating temperature can reach 1300 ℃, furnace volume is 27L, silicon carbide rod heating, and equipped with imported program temperature control instrument, high temperature control accuracy.

Principle
The power output of the heating element of the silicon carbide rod is precisely adjusted according to the temperature signal in the furnace detected by the S-type Thermocouple through the microcomputer PID Control system to achieve precise control of the temperature in the furnace. The programmed (P-type) instrument supports multi-stage programmed heating, and can set and run 4 Linear dispersion for a total of 40 steps.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the temperature program or set the operating parameters by tapping the button.
3. Start the equipment to start heating.
4. Temperature can be monitored through a dual-row LED display during operation.
5. After the program runs or stops manually, open the door for sampling after the furnace body is chilled down.
Notice
Equipment needs to be operated by professionals and ensure that the power supply meets AC380V/18.2A requirements.
• When the furnace body is running at high temperature, do not touch it, and pay attention to the hot end of the parallel side opening furnace door.
• When opening the door, the device will automatically power off. After closing the door again, you need to pay attention to the delay in power recovery to ensure safety.
• Pay attention to ventilating when using the exhaust device.
• Regularly check whether safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches are normal.
