TAISITE MFLC-8/13P ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature furnace with imported program temperature control digital display. Its maximum temperature can reach 1300 ℃, Temperature range is 300~ 1300 ℃, furnace volume is 8L, silicon carbide rod heating, Heating power is 4KW.

Principle
The muffle furnace uses microcomputer PID control technology to monitor the furnace temperature in real time through S-type Thermocouple and feed back the signal to the temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Power output of the silicon carbon rod heating element according to the setting program or fixed value, so as to achieve fast and accurate heating and thermostatic control. The furnace is made of polycrystalline mullite fiber material and is designed with double shell air insulation to effectively reduce heat loss.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V/18.2A 50/60Hz).
2. Set the temperature program or setting value by tapping the five buttons.
3. Set the timing time as required (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start the operation (you can choose the fixed-value operation or the program operation mode).
5. After the operation, open the furnace door to remove the sample after the furnace body is cooled down.
Notice

• The surface of the furnace body may be high temperature when working and just after finishing, do not touch it, and keep away from flammable materials.
• The device will automatically power off when opening the door. There is a delay in power back after closing the door. Please pay attention to safety.
