Principle
Through the microcomputer PID Control system, the device compares and calculates the actual temperature in the furnace detected by the S-type Thermocouple with the target temperature set by the user through the Touchscreen, and precisely controls the Power output of the silicon carbide heating element, so as to achieve rapid, stable and accurate adjustment of the temperature in the furnace. Its polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace can effectively reduce heat loss and improve thermal efficiency.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature or select the preset program by tapping the 7-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Set the timing time (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start the equipment to start heating operation.
5. Linear dispersion of real-time temperature can be viewed through Touchscreen during operation.
6. When the operation is over or the door needs to be opened halfway, the equipment executes the door opening and power-off protection.
7. The running data can be exported through the U disk.
