TAISITE MFLC-27/14D ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with a maximum temperature of 1400 ° C. It adopts an integrated lightweight and compact design. Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through the silicon carbide heating element to heat the inside of the furnace. The furnace is made of polycrystalline mullite fiber, which has good thermal insulation performance. The temperature control is completed by the microcomputer PID controller, which receives the real-time temperature signal detected by the S-type Thermocouple, compares and calculates with the set value. By adjusting the Heating power output, accurate thermostatic or programmed temperature control can be achieved, and the temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 1 ℃.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and time by tapping the five buttons (D/P type instrument).
3. Start the equipment to start heating operation.
4. After the operation, wait until the temperature in the furnace drops to a safe range before operating.
5. If you need to open the door halfway, the device will perform door-to-door power-off protection; after closing the door, you need to wait for the end of the power-back delay.
