Overview
TAISITE MFLC-36/14D ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with a maximum temperature of 1400 ° C. It adopts an all-in-one lightweight and compact design. The furnace is made of vacuum formed polycrystalline mullite fiber with good thermal insulation effect. It is equipped with a High Accuracy microcomputer PID temperature controller and S-type Thermocouple, and the temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 1 ° C. The furnace volume of this equipment is 36L, the Heating power is 14KW, and the heating time to 1400 ° C does not exceed 35 minutes.

Principle
The ceramic muffle furnace uses silicon carbide rod as the heating element to generate high temperature in the furnace. The temperature in the furnace is monitored in real time through the S-type Thermocouple, and the signal is fed back to the microcomputer PID temperature controller. The temperature controller performs proportional, integral and differential operations according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature, and precisely adjusts the output of the Heating power, so as to achieve accurate control and stability of the furnace temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set parameters such as target temperature and time through the touch button (D/P type) or Touchscreen (T type) on the thermostat.
3. Start the equipment to start heating.
4. The equipment runs according to the set program, and automatically stops or enters the heat preservation state after reaching the set time.
5. After the furnace temperature has dropped to a safe range, the sample can be removed by opening the furnace door.
Notice
The power supply of the equipment is AC380V, and it is necessary to ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements and is reliably grounded.
The furnace body is in a high temperature state when it is working and just stops working. It is strictly forbidden to touch it to prevent burns.
* When opening the door, the device will automatically power off, and there will be a delay in power back after closing the furnace door. Please do not force the operation.
* The furnace door should be opened and closed lightly to avoid damage to the furnace mouth sealing material.
The sample should not be overfilled, and space should be left to ensure hot air circulation.
* It is forbidden to heat flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive gases.
* The equipment should be placed in a ventilated, drying, non-corrosion gas environment.
Regularly check whether the electrical connection is firm and whether the overcurrent and leakage protection switch is normal.
* Before performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and ensure that the furnace body is completely cooled down.
