Overview
TAISITE MFLC-8/14P ceramic muffle furnace is a laboratory high temperature equipment with a maximum temperature of 1400 ° C. Principle
The muffle furnace adopts microcomputer PID control technology, which monitors the temperature in the furnace in real time through S-type Thermocouple Sensor, and feeds the signal back to the temperature control instrument. The instrument precisely adjusts the Power output of the silicon carbon rod heating element according to the setting program or fixed value, so as to realize precise control of the temperature in the furnace. Polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace and double shell air insulation layer effectively reduce heat loss and ensure uniform and stable temperature in the furnace.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V).
2. Use the touch button or Touchscreen (depending on the model) to set the target temperature, program, or timing parameters.
3. Start the device and start heating up.
4. During the working process, the real-time temperature and operating status can be monitored through the display screen.
5. After the work, wait for the furnace temperature to chill down naturally or operate according to the procedures.
6. Before opening the furnace door, confirm that the power has been cut off (with the function of opening the door and cutting off the power).
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
* Wear protective gear during operation to avoid burns.
* When the furnace door is opened, the device will automatically power off, and there will be a delay in power return. Please do not force the operation.
* Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic gases in the furnace.
Regularly check whether the power cord, grounding, and safety devices (such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches) are in good condition.
When the furnace body is at high temperature, the surface may still heat up, so do not touch it.
* Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and make sure the furnace body is completely chilled down.
* Please use it strictly in accordance with product specifications and parameters, and do not operate at overtemperature or overload.
