Overview
TAISITE MFLC-27/14P ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with a maximum temperature of 1400 ℃. It adopts an integrated lightweight and compact design, the furnace volume is 27L, the Heating power is 12KW, the temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 1 ℃, and is equipped with imported program temperature control digital display instrument.

Principle
The device adopts microcomputer PID Control mode, and accurately detects the temperature in the furnace through S-type Thermocouple Sensor, and feeds the signal back to the temperature control instrument. The instrument controls the working state of the heating element of the silicon carbide rod according to the setting program or fixed value, and realizes the precise adjustment and stable control of the furnace temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set parameters such as temperature and time by tapping the five buttons.
3. Select the fixed-value operation or program operation mode.
4. Start the equipment to start heating.
5. After running, open the door for sampling after the furnace body is chilled down.
Notice
Equipment needs to use AC380V power supply and ensure good grounding.
Please confirm that the furnace door is closed before operation, and do not force the door open during operation.
When the equipment is running and just after the furnace body temperature is very high, do not touch, to prevent burns.
* Do not heat flammable, explosive or toxic gases in the furnace.
Regularly check whether safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches are normal.
* Please pay attention to the Device weight (gross weight 105kg) during handling and installation to avoid bumping.
Do not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment without authorization.
* The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, drying and non-corrosion gas environment.
