Principle
The muffle furnace generates heat through a silicon carbide heating element. The heat is evenly distributed and effectively kept warm in the furnace composed of polycrystalline mullite fibers. The temperature is detected in real time by the S-type Thermocouple Sensor and the signal is transmitted to the microcomputer PID temperature controller. The temperature controller precisely adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm according to the setting program or fixed value, so as to achieve precise control of the temperature in the furnace. The color Touchscreen provides a human-machine interaction interface for setting parameters, running procedures and monitoring status.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply.
2. Set the temperature program or select the fixed value operation mode through the 7-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Set the timing time (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. Start the device and start running.
5. Linear dispersion can be monitored in real time through Touchscreen during operation.
6. When the operation is completed or it needs to be operated halfway, the power will be automatically cut off when the furnace door is opened.
7. After closing the furnace door, the system resumes power supply after a delay.
8. The running data can be exported through the U disk.

The power supply of the equipment is AC380V, please ensure that the power supply meets the requirements and is safely grounded.
The surface of the furnace body may still be at high temperature. Please pay attention to burns during operation.
