Overview
TAISITE MFLC-8/14T ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature experimental equipment with a maximum temperature of 1400 ° C. It adopts an all-in-one lightweight and compact design, the furnace volume is 8L, equipped with a High Accuracy microcomputer PID Control system and a 7-inch color Touchscreen, supports program operation and data export functions.

Principle
The muffle furnace uses silicon carbide rod as the heating element, and generates high temperature under the precise control of the microcomputer PID controller. The controller receives the temperature signal in the furnace detected by the S-type Thermocouple, and dynamically adjusts the Heating power through the PID algorithm to achieve fast and stable heating and thermostatic control. The furnace adopts polycrystalline mullite fiber material and cooperates with the double shell air insulation design to effectively reduce heat loss.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
2. On the 7-inch color Touchscreen, set the target temperature or select the preset program by tapping the finger.
3. Set the timing time (0 to 999.9 hours).
4. After confirming that the parameters are correct, start the heating procedure.
5. During the heating process, the real-time temperature Linear dispersion can be observed through the screen.
6. After the experiment, wait for the furnace body to chill down naturally or cool down according to the program.
7. If you need to save the data, you can export the records through a USB stick.
8. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power.
