TAISITE MFLC-2/16D ceramic muffle furnace is a high temperature heating equipment with a maximum operating temperature of 1600 ° C. It adopts an integrated lightweight and compact design, the furnace volume is 2L, the Heating power is 3KW, the silicon molybdenum rod is used as the heating element, and it is equipped with a High Accuracy microcomputer PID temperature controller and S-type Thermocouple. The temperature control accuracy can reach +/- 1 ° C. It is suitable for various experimental and production scenarios that require precise high temperature treatment.

Principle
The muffle furnace generates high temperature through the internal silicon molybdenum rod heating element, and the heat is effectively insulated by the vacuum forming polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace and acts evenly in the furnace space. The microcomputer PID temperature controller receives the real-time furnace temperature signal detected by the S-type Thermocouple, compares and calculates with the user's set temperature, and realizes accurate and stable control of the temperature in the furnace by adjusting the Power output of the heating element.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V 50Hz).
2. Use the touch of five buttons to set the digital display, and enter parameters such as target temperature and time.
3. Start the equipment to start heating operation.
4. The equipment is heated and kept warm according to the setting program (single-stage fixed-value operation).
5. After the operation, wait for the furnace temperature to chill down naturally or operate according to the procedures.
6. If necessary, the temperature can be calibrated using the correction function.
Notice
• Operating temperature is 1600 ℃, do not use over temperature.
• Please note that the furnace door is closed during operation, and the power will be automatically cut off when the door is opened.
• There is still heat on the surface of the furnace body and near the furnace door during high temperature operation, please do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and regularly check safety devices such as overcurrent and leakage protection switches.
• When heating in the furnace, do not put items that are flammable, explosive or produce harmful gases.
• When using the exhaust hole, please connect the appropriate exhaust pipe to ensure that it is well ventilated.
• The equipment is heavy (gross weight 90kg), so pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
