Sanenchi YS3020 grating Colorimeter is a China grating Colorimeter independently developed by 3nh company with complete independent intellectual property rights. It adopts D/8 geometrical optics structure. Principle
The instrument uses a D/8 (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception) geometrical optics structure, uses combined LED Illuminant illumination, splits light through a concave grating, and receives signals from a 256-pixel dual-array CMOS image sensor. It can simultaneously test SCI (including specular reflection) and SCE (excluding specular reflection) data, enabling accurate measurement of the sample Light spectrum reflectance.

Steps
1. Turn on and select Measurement mode (single or average measurement).
2. Use the camera for viewing and positioning to ensure the accuracy of the measurement area.
3. Align the instrument measurement diameter with the sample for measurement.
4, the instrument automatically calculates and displays Light spectrum, chromatic value, color difference and other results.
5. The measurement data can be transmitted to the PC software via USB or Bluetooth for further analysis.
Notice
* Ambient Temperature should be 0~ 40 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% (no condensation), altitude below 2000m.
* Storage Ambient Temperature should be -20~ 50 ℃, relative humidity 0~ 85% (no condensation).
* Ensure that the measurement sample surface is flat, and the measurement diameter fits closely with the sample.
* Measurement accuracy is regularly calibrated using a standard whiteboard.
* The instrument has a built-in lithium battery, please follow the instructions for charging and maintenance.
Avoid severe vibration or impact on the instrument.
