Overview
The TS7700 Colorimeter uses a 1000-wire precision blazing grating as the spectroscopic element, a silicon Photocell with a large photosensitive area, a photovoltaic cell array as the detector, and a full Light spectrum LED as the Illuminant. Optical inspection resolution is less than 10nm. Under the lighting conditions of D8 geometrical optics, it can accurately measure the SCI and SCE reflectance data of the sample/fluorescent sample, realize accurate Color transfer and color difference quality control, and is widely used in plastic electronics, paints and other industries.

Principle
The instrument uses D/8 geometrical optics, diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception, and the measurement of sample reflectance in the visible range through grating spectroscopy and silicon photodiode array detector. The dual-path system acquires SCI and SCE Light spectrum data simultaneously, and combines the full Light spectrum LED Illuminant to achieve High Accuracy Color Analysis and color difference calculation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply of the instrument and select the measurement diameter (φ 8mm or φ 4mm)
2. Position the sample through the camera or stabilizer
3. Measurement mode (single or average measurement) and observer angle
4. Start measurement, the instrument automatically acquires SCI/SCE data
5. View display results, including Light spectrum, chromatic values, color differences, etc
6. Store data or transfer it to PC software via USB/Bluetooth for further analysis
